summit1g's keyboard history
summit1g's keyboard history is two boards long, with one switch between them. The Corsair K70 RGB MK.2 was his board from September 2022 to December 2025, which is 38.8 months (3.2 years) and his longest period on any keyboard. In December 2025 he moved to the DrunkDeer A75, and he has been on it for 10.6 months.
Neither board has been returned to after leaving it, so the A75 is simply the current chapter after a long run on the K70.

Switches and actuation
The DrunkDeer A75 is sold with magnetic switches. It has a non-hotswappable PCB, so the switches are soldered in place and the switch type is settled when you buy the board.
If you want to pick your switch, the alternatives work differently. The Wooting 80HE is hotswappable and comes with a range of options: Lekker Linear 45 v2, Lekker Linear 60 v2, Lekker Tikken Light, Lekker Tikken Medium, Geon Raw HE and Wooting x TTC KOM. The Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL uses Razer Analog Optical switches and is non-hotswappable, like the A75.
Key binds
The binds below cover Apex Legends, VALORANT and Fortnite. The movement keys stay consistent between the first two: crouch on Left Ctrl, jump on Space, and Left Shift for sprint in Apex and walk in VALORANT. That is the standard left-hand layout, so it carries over easily to your own board.
Apex has the most detail. Abilities and interaction sit around the movement cluster (Q, E, X, with the ultimate on Y / Z), and the number keys cover weapons and healing items. Weapons are on 1 to 3, and syringe, med kit, shield cell, shield battery and Phoenix kit are on 5 to 9. In VALORANT the number row handles primary, secondary, melee and spike, with E and C for abilities and F to use objects. The Fortnite binds use 1 for the harvesting tool, 2 to 6 for weapon slots and E to use.

Should you buy summit1g's keyboard?
The A75 is a TKL, so it drops the number pad but keeps the function row and arrow keys. It suits anyone who wants a compact, full-featured layout with RGB and magnetic switches. The trade-off is the non-hotswappable PCB: you can't change switches later.
If you want more flexibility, there are three alternatives:
- Wooting 80HE Black: currently used by 8 pros. It is 0.2 cm longer, 1.1 cm wider and 0.06 cm lower than the A75. It is hotswappable and comes with six switch options.
- Wooting 80HE+ Frost: currently used by 6 pros, with the same dimensions, hotswappable PCB and switch options as the 80HE Black.
- Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL Black: currently used by 5 pros. It is the same length as the A75 but 2.9 cm wider and 1 cm taller, with Razer Analog Optical switches. Choose it if you prefer a bigger, taller board.
