Mongraal's keyboard history
Mongraal's keyboard history runs from September 2022 to now and has 7 periods with 6 switches between boards. It starts and mostly stays in SteelSeries Apex Pro territory.
His longest stretch is the SteelSeries Apex Pro TKL from September 2024 to January 2026, which lasted 15.7 months (1.3 years). Across its three periods the Apex Pro TKL adds up to 30.1 months (2.5 years), and he returned to it twice.
The Wooting 60HE v2 Silver (Split) is the one board outside the SteelSeries line. He used it from January 2026 to June 2026, 5.5 months, before going back to the Apex Pro Mini White Gold. That is the same edition he used from February to September 2024, and this time it has lasted 4.0 months so far.

Switches and actuation
The Apex Pro Mini White Gold is sold with OmniPoint 2.0 switches. The PCB is non-hotswappable, so the switch it ships with is the one you get. You can't change it later.
The alternatives work differently. The Wooting 60HE+ and the Wooting 60HE v2 Silver are both hotswappable and offered with a wide range of switches: Lekker Linear 45 v2, Lekker Linear 60 v2, Lekker Tikken Light, Lekker Tikken Medium, Wooting x TTC KOM and Geon Raw HE. The Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Mini uses Razer Analog Optical switches and, like the SteelSeries, is non-hotswappable.
If you want to try several switch feels on one board, the hotswappable Wooting boards give you that room. If you'd rather settle on one board with one switch, the Apex Pro Mini fits.
Key binds
The bind table shows a layout that sits entirely on the main block of keys. Movement uses the usual keys: Space for jump, L-Ctrl for crouch and V for sprint. Roof is on L-Shift.
Weapons are spread across the number row and nearby letters. The harvesting tool is on 1, and the weapon slots use 2, E, R, 4 and X. Edit sits on F, with rotate on 5, and Confirm Edit on Release is switched on.
A 60% board has no dedicated function row or arrow cluster. This layout doesn't need either, because every keyboard bind in it lives on the main block.

Should you buy Mongraal's keyboard?
The Apex Pro Mini White Gold suits anyone who wants a compact 60% board with RGB and OmniPoint 2.0 switches, and who doesn't plan to swap switches. It is available to buy, so you can pick it up directly.
If switch choice matters more to you, look at the alternatives:
- Wooting 60HE+ (11 pros use it now): 1.3 cm longer, 0.9 cm wider and 0.24 cm lower than the Apex Pro Mini. It is hotswappable and comes with the full Lekker, TTC KOM and Geon Raw HE switch range.
- Wooting 60HE v2 Silver (7 pros use it now): 1.2 cm longer, 1.2 cm wider and 1.24 cm lower. It is also hotswappable, with the same switch options.
- Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Mini (4 pros use it now): 1.1 cm longer, 0.5 cm wider and 0.24 cm lower. It uses Razer Analog Optical switches and is non-hotswappable.
All three are 60% boards. The trade-off is mainly switch flexibility against sticking with the SteelSeries board that Mongraal returned to in June 2026.
