Faide's keyboard history
Faide's history runs through seven periods on four different models, with six switches between boards. He started in September 2022 on the Logitech G915 and moved to the Logitech G915 TKL Carbon in November 2022. That one lasted 14.1 months (1.2 years) until January 2024.
The Wooting 60HE+ arrived in January 2024 and stayed for 4.6 months. After that he went back to the Logitech G915 for about 15 days, returned to the Wooting 60HE+ for 1.0 months, then spent 4.6 months on the ASUS ROG Falchion RX Low Profile. On November 19, 2024 he went back to the Wooting 60HE+ for a third time.
The Wooting 60HE+ is the board he has returned to most: two returns, 28.7 months (2.4 years) in total. His current stretch of 23.1 months (1.9 years) is the longest on any keyboard in his history. The Logitech G915 also got one return, but only 2.1 months in total.

Switches and actuation
The Wooting 60HE+ is sold with six switch options: Lekker Linear 45 v2, Lekker Linear 60 v2, Lekker Tikken Light, Lekker Tikken Medium, Wooting x TTC KOM and Geon Raw HE. That is a wide range for one 60% board, covering two linear Lekker switches, two Tikken variants (Light and Medium) and two other switches from Wooting's partners.
The PCB is hotswappable, so the switch choice isn't permanent. If you pick this board, you can start with one option and change later without soldering.
Key binds
Faide's Apex Legends layout stays inside the main block of a 60% keyboard. Movement sits on the usual keys: L-Ctrl for crouch, Space for jump and L-Shift for sprint, with auto-sprint turned off.
Abilities are on Q (tactical) and Z (ultimate), with E and X for interact and alternate interact. Weapon and utility keys are close by too: 1 and 2 for weapons, 3 to holster, G for grenades, T for survival items, B for fire mode and V for melee. Healing items go on the number row, 5 to 9, so a 60% board loses nothing here.

Should you buy Faide's keyboard?
The Wooting 60HE+ suits anyone who wants a compact 60% board with a hotswappable PCB and a choice of six switches. It leaves plenty of desk space and doesn't limit a layout like Faide's, which only uses keys from the main block.
If you want something slightly different, there are three alternatives:
- SteelSeries Apex Pro Mini Black: 5 g heavier, 1.3 cm shorter, 0.9 cm narrower and 0.24 cm taller. It uses OmniPoint 2.0 switches and a non-hotswappable PCB, so you can't swap switches later.
- Wooting 60HE v2 Silver: the closest match. It is 1 g heavier, 0.1 cm shorter, 0.3 cm wider and 1 cm lower, with the same six switch options and a hotswappable PCB. Choose it if you prefer a lower board.
- Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Mini: 0.2 cm shorter and 0.4 cm narrower at the same height. It uses Razer Analog Optical switches and a non-hotswappable PCB.
