Demon1's keyboard history
Demon1's keyboard history covers five boards and four switches between them. It starts with a Wooting 60HE+ in April 2023, which he kept for 12.2 months (1.0 years). He then moved to ASUS and has stayed with the Falchion line ever since: the ROG Falchion RX Low Profile for 5.1 months, then the ROG Falchion Ace for 4.6 months.
The longest stretch came next. The ROG Falchion Ace HFX Black lasted 13.6 months (1.1 years), from February 2025 to April 2026. He has not gone back to any earlier board, so every model in the list is a one-time stop.
The current board is the ROG Falchion Ace 75 HE Black, in use for 6.5 months. In a March 27, 2026 post on X, tagged #ad, Demon1 said he was testing the new ROG Falchion Ace 75 HE on stream. The most recent swap was a colour change within the same model, from the white version to the black one.

Switches and actuation
The Falchion Ace 75 HE is sold with ROG HFX Magnetic switches, which is the only switch option listed for the board. Magnetic switches are the common thread across the ASUS HFX boards in his history.
The PCB is hotswappable, so the switches can be changed without soldering. That is a real plus if you like to tweak a board over time. The 75% layout keeps the function row and arrow keys in a compact body, so there is still room to move a mouse around beside it.
Key binds
His VALORANT layout stays close to the defaults for movement. Walk is on L-Shift, crouch on L-Ctrl, and jump on Space Bar, with a second jump binding as well. Use Object is on F, and the weapon slots sit on the number keys: 1 for primary, 2 for secondary, 3 for melee and 4 for the spike.
The notable part is the abilities. C, Q, E and X cover the three basic abilities and the ultimate, so everything stays within reach of the movement keys.
| Group | Action | Key |
|---|---|---|
| All | Walk | L-Shift |
| All | Crouch | L-Ctrl |
| All | Jump | Space Bar / Mouse Wheel Down |
| All | Use Object | F |

Should you buy Demon1's keyboard?
The Falchion Ace 75 HE is a 75% board, a good fit if you want a compact layout that keeps the arrow keys and a function row. It is a full-height board, so it does not suit anyone after a low-profile feel. Its hotswappable PCB also suits people who want to experiment with switches later.
If you want something close, there are a few alternatives, each with a trade-off:
- Sony INZONE KBD-H75: also a 75% board with magnetic switches, 1.3 cm shorter, 0.2 cm narrower and 0.1 cm taller than his board. Its PCB is non-hotswappable, so you cannot swap switches.
- ASUS ROG Falchion Ace HFX Black: the board he used before the current one. It is 3 cm shorter and 0.5 cm narrower, with the same height. It uses ROG HFX Magnetic switches but has a non-hotswappable PCB.
- ASUS ROG Falchion Ace HFX ZywOo Edition: the same size and switch setup as the Ace HFX Black, also non-hotswappable.
Pick the current model if you want hotswap support. Pick one of the others if you want a shorter body and are fine without it.
